WD My Book Essential 3TB not working

Hi,

I recently (this morning) bought a My Book Essential 3TB external Hard Drive. But when I try to use it, it only shows up having 750GB storage… What is this? I pay for 3TB and all I get are a miserable 750GB… I formatted, reformatted, restarted my PC and nothing is happening…

I tryed a new format and apparently I have 2750GB which is correct now. Just did a format using Disk Management in windows 7 as stated in the manual here: http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3865

Hopefully it will work on any other pc I connect it to without the need for a new format (cause I have stuff backed up on it)
