When i has connected to my pc they don’t boot…when i disconnect my book from usb my pc boot! What can i do to fix this??
Had the same stupid problem, all my other USB periferals including som older MyBooks work with no trouble…
Remedy that worked for me:
Boot your pc, hold ESC to go to BIOS.
Find the options for USB support.
Turn off support for LEGACY usb devices (disable) (dont even use AUTO)
Check that your other usb-stuff works after boot…

If i disable LEGACY the other usb-stuff don’t works…any other idea what to do…??
