WD My Book 4TB standby/disconnect while copying files

Hi folks,

I have a WD My Book 4TB and sometimes it disconnects while copying files. I don’t know if it goes into standby or something else. Anyway the hard drive isn’t accesible anymore, TeraCopy states that the device is not ready.

No, I haven’t since I thought copying files/using the hard drive should prevent it from going into sleep? Besides, the sleep timer is set to 30 minutes but the hard drive sometimes disconnect after 10 minutes or less.
