Nobody to help me? :frowning:

Hi Carlos, have you tried using another USB cable or connecting the My Book to another PC?

Hello,

I haven’t other USB cable but I try again a chkdsk now but that freeze… I will let my desktop online perhaps it will success to check it.

Hi!

I found a way to unbrick my book but now partition is lost…

And I cannot format the disk. It seems that disk is on read only. I tried WD_Quick_Formatter_Win_1_2_0_10 tool but without succes. Is anyone know this issue? If I can get back write acces on disk I should be able to rebuild MBR table.

Please help :frowning:

I also tried DISKPART command line: failled too
