I plug everything, the power, and the USB cable into my computer. Everything turns on like normal, the hard drives spins for about 10 seconds and everything stops, the light on the hard drive is still on. All this time, the computer doesn ot recognize it.

I said that the whole time, the computerdoesn’t recognize it, so it doesn’t even say it’s plugged in. I think it’s defective, I have claimed a RMA.
