WD Mobile App and WDMyCloud.com

I am having trouble setting up remote access to MyCloud.  I have followed the instructions to no avail.  I am able to click on the device and four folders come up (Public, SmartWare, TimeMachineBackup, and Kendra), but when I click on Kendra, which I am assuming is supposed to be all my documents, nothing is listed within the folder.  Can someone help me.  I am at my witts end and I feel like just returning the product and buying something else.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
