WD Metro App - Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit - Kaput!

I have the latest edition of the WD App (from the Windows Store) and both my 2TB and 3TB MBL’s have the latest software. 

When I launch the WD App all I get are the circle of dots going round and round under the WD Logo.  I can connect to both drives fine in Windows 8, they show up in Network devices and my desktop shortcuts work fine as well.

Any idea what going wrong?

Try resetting the drive and see if the problem clears out.

Do you mean restore (quick or factory, both of which erase my data and backups) or reboot?   I tried the reboot option - didn’t work.
