Wd Media Player Live Issue

Hi All,

I have the above unit and after upgrading the firmware i now have an issue where when i select a video i get the spinning wheel and no movies will load.

I have rest the firmware via software and by pressing the reset button on top of the unit.

I select media server > family pc > folders > movies > then the movie i want but they just wont load anymore.

Can someone please help me fix this issue?

My latest firmware is 1.04.10_V.

Ive never had much luck with the media center feature with video (works great with music), try getting to your shares using the network shares way instead. i never have any issues this way.
