WD Media Player Gen2 doesn't play .MOV sounds

When I import .MOV files from my camera my WD Media Player Gen2 doesn’t play sounds.  Instead it only plays the video.  I noticed that other media players and mini also have similar sound problems.  We look forward to have a firmware update.

When I go to play a bluray file from my porty harddrive ,the picture is great but no sound .I play a regula rmovie and everything works.?
