WD making fool of there customers

I have submitted my passport external drive to wd on 7 nov 2011 and its now more than 4 months without any notice or clarification. These people are not giving any proper response niether on mail nor on phone line.

have you checked the status on their website?

I have tried all my best to contact the senior authority but of no use. Every time I call them they gave just a foolish answer “we are dispatching your replacement in next three days”. And on webste the status is showing that “We have not scheduled a delivery of your replacement product”. Such a big name and such an akward service.

Can anyone here will give me the email or contact no of higher authorities in India
