WD Livewire Powerline AV Kit 24/7 Yes or No?

I am new to this forum so I hope I have posted in the correct place

With the WD Livewire does it have to be running 24/7? I have read reports else where that if it does run 24/7 it gets extremely hot, hence the subject title.

Also can I use it in conjuction with my wireless network?

Does it matter if I do or I don’t?

Mine run 24/7.   They aren’t even slightly hot.   Just a hair above room tempurature.

It doesn’t matter one way or the other if you have WiFi.
