This is to continue a previous discussion WD LIVE won’t turn on
I have the same problem with my WD LIVE. However, my WD LIVE PLUS is fine.
What should I do? Any suggestion or advice would be appreciate.
Can you post what you have tried to troubleshoot this issue?
Change the batteries, reset the WD TV?
What happens if you unplug from power and then plug back in again.
Is the LED on the front alight.
Have you tried using the live plus power adaptor to see if that is the problem.
