I cannot approach WD elements from my WD TV Live . WD Elements can approach from the PC desktop
What can I do now? Ideas?

How do you have the elements connected to the WD TV?

The elements is connected with my desktop. Also with other HD. The other HD
are Well visible on my WD TV.

It is solved. The WD Elements connects directly to desktop. Now
visible. There was previously a 4 USB 3.0 hub in between. Thanks.
