WD live TV no longer sees any of my folders from my wd mycloud

i have been using this setup for over 2 years with no issues. All of a sudden it does not work. I can see the my cloud device as a media server from WD live tv but their is no content?? When i map over from my PC or phone all the files are there.

Hello,

Have you tried resetting the devices? If not, please try that. Also, you can try disabling and enabling the media library.
