Hi,

I got WD LIVE TV and download on to my IPAD WDLive Remote on to my IOS device from AppStore. One opening the app it recognizes the WD Live TV (changed the device name and tested) but no other action is working. Services is empty any button pressed leads to no action. Can some one help what I am missing.

What player do you have (model number) and what firmware is on the player?

Try deleting the app and then reinstalling it.

How is your player connected to the network.

I assume that your player works correctly with the normal remote.

I assume that your ipad is connected to the same network via wifi.
