I have been having some issues with it playing the on some movies, what happens is the movie will be fine one day, then it won’t play the sound, if I reset the WD Live Plus to facory settings the sound comes back, and then a couple days later no sound, I reset and good again. It doesn’t happen to videos just a few. Is there anyone else with issue, it’s gets pretty annoying when you wanna sit and watch movie but have to go thru the reset process all the time
Can you post the media info of one of the movies that give you this issue?
