WD Live Plus not recognizing video off of second hard drive

Like the title says. It can see videos from my primary 300gb hard drive, but on the 500gb hard drive it can ONLY see the FOLDERS. When i select the folders on the 500gb HD it says there is no media. 

Any ideas? As far as I can tell, I’ve shared each folder the same way.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
