WD Live Player Restart Problem

Sometimes when I play video files, It will play a courter-halfway of it then cut to a black screen. I then enter the video again and it is restarted. Does anyone have similiar problems, and is there a way to fix it

Do you encounter this particular issue with a specific video file? If so, what codec and container information compromises this file? Do you encounter the same issue if  you play the file using a different content source?

Mostly MP4 files, I am not sure about the rest though.
