Ok,
Her’s my question. I have a WD mybook live II (the white light) I want my WD live HD unit to see a folder I have created on my mybook.
The folder is NOT in in the following directories
/public/shared music
/public/shared pictures
/public/shared videos
Can I get the WD live HD unit to see this folder in a directory that is not currently in any of the folders listed above?
Thanks

Yes most likely, if you go to the Twonky config menu and add the folder to the list of shared folders.
Awsome, where is the Twonkey config menu?

I would suggest you go here and start doing a bit of reading-
http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/UM/ENG/4779-705013.pdf
The description of Twonky starts around page 64
