Hey there

I have got af live dou cloud 6 tb. Mayby I made a mistake because I took out the HD and transferd data on them before setting the WD up. Now the pc can not find the WD…

I do not think I’ve erased anything on the HD but again…mayby the pc did.

What can i do ? Do I have to erase all data on both HD and reconfig the HD or???

I have windows 7
