Netflix doesn’t load.
The device frequently slows down in the menus or completely locks up. Is my device dead? I really like this product but if it’s only good for a year I’ll look for other products from other manufacturers.
I assume you have tried a reset via the setup menu. It may very well be that your unit has developed a fault but I can’t see how that makes you believe that the player generally has a defined life span of one year.
