I have a router upstairs. Wd Tv Live downstairs. I have inputed all the IP info manually, done auto setup, plugged directly into router, and it never works… When I plugged the player into the router it prompted me to update the firmware; I did.
I can plug a Hard drive into it and play movies perfectly; but nothing via the router or my network. At one point I could view a folder on my network containing movies; but nothing was in the folder according to WD TV Live ( on my computer plenty of files)
Anybody have any suggestions or know why my WD live wont sync to my home network?
