WD Live 2TB stops at 150mb of Time Machine backup data

Hello!

My WD Mybook Live stops at 150mb of backup data. I dont know why. It’s starts very fast but when it backup that ammount of data the time of backup says 5 days to backup and more. It’s only 300gb, and it’s connected wired.

It’s a WD problem or TM problem?
