My new 2TB WD Live device is plugged into my router. i installed the software on my Windows 8 PC. When I press ‘backup’ button the PC crashes. Every time I reboot my PC crashes until I unplug the WD Live device from the router. I get the same results every time I follow these steps - PLEASE HELP!
