WD Link - No Network Storage Found

Having trouble connecting a network copier/scanner to a system with a 2T WD ShareSpace and discovered that the problem might lie with the WD software.  I have updated the WD Link application to the current version, but there are no drives found.  Interestingly enough, the mapped folders are working just fine, so the PC can still see the shared drive.

Any help is appreciated.


Try installing the application again. Also make sure that all the devices are within the same workgroup.
