WD link after shutting down I’m unable to awake/restore hardware and data

Hello WD community,
I’m having some issues with my WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra 6TB cloud, which has cause of not being able to access the data files.
It happened when I’ve received a massage saying that my “WDMyCloudEX2Ultra folder is 95% used” so I though I may do a reboot and I’ve click the “shut down” on the WD Link and after shutting down the hardware (EX2 Ultra 6TB) I was unable to reinstate access to the cloud, (LED red for both hard-drives). So, then I’ve tried to install additional software (WD SmartWare) and by doing this I’ve created a new cloud account and new settings for the windows 10 app. with no access to my previous data stored.
I’ve done a 40 second system reset and still nothing, also my iPhone app is not working. Now on the dashboard it’s showing to set the raid mode which I’m thinking by doing this will wipe the current data off.
Can you please help me with this matter, I’m sure that this is a simple case!

40 Sec reset, will set the settings of My Cloud device in default mode. You may require to configure the My Cloud again in order to access the data on iPhone App. You may refer below links which will assist you to setup My Cloud device from the start.
