WD lies about shipping, then sends damaged box

I have been waiting for my drives for over three weeks, every time I called they promised me “1-2 business days”. I finally got them to ship out and the day they’re supposed to be delivered, UPS holds them because they’re damaged AKA empty box. Called support and its probably gonna be another three weeks before this is resolved by their “investigation team”.
