I have WD Portable HDD and have been using from last 2 years. One fine day when I connected to my PC, the drive is not recognized in windows and disk management. However, I can still see the power light glowing and stable. Can someone suggest what could be wrong?
Hi, try using another USB cable, and be sure to connect it directly to the computer.
