good evening. was an owner of a 8tb gold wd and never had problems in 4 years. today i switched to a 14tb wd gold WDC WD141KRYZ-01C66B0. the problem im facing is that sometimes while reading files from this drive the explorer window freeze few seconds…like 30/60…and then back to work properly. sleep mode is disable in the power management. is there something else i should disable inside the wd drive?
