MY BOOK HOME EDITION 1TB
I bought a MY BOOK HOME EDITION 1TB years ago, loved it , but want to connect to my laptop and laptop will not recognize it. Went to their site and tried downloading, but it tells me I need to BUY one…I have one.
I have it registered on the WD site but have had no luck.
The main issue is when I plug it IN MY laptop should pull up a window for me to continue and it won’t. An error I did get was their was NO driver…So I tried to down load a driver from the site and got no where…I am pretty savvy on laptop but this one has me stumped… tried sending them an email from their site, did all the steps and all I got was ERROR ERROR! UGH!!!
HELP! PLEASE!
