Hi, Since a few years i am using a 1TB external WD HD. Since a few weeks this device doesn’t seem to work anymore.
The power light is still on i renewed the ses 64 drivers but my laptop a Toshiba L550 13c can’t see this device anymore.
The device is visible in device management as well as in the config manager but it doesný show in the explorer.
Sometimes the device has made a ticking sound, but for the rest it always worked well.
I also checked the connectors and connecting usb cable
Does anybody have a clue how to solve this problem.
