I have an external hard drive. Talked toTech support about two months ago. They were spposed to send me a new cord for unit, never arrived. S/N (…). Unit light flashes, but does not run. I just had to have a new computer built as Windows 8 compromised my other one.

I also have the same problem with my WD hardisk detect by the system but not showing the drive in computer.
I have purcrchased it from Australia around 3 year ago . May you please let me know how i can correct it or send it service center from Singapore. Right now i m working here.
