WD EX4 Offline

I have two WD NAS devices: a WD EX4100 and an EX4.

I am using mycloud.com to access them. However, the EX4 is always offline. I can log into the EX4100 and do whatever file management I need to. But when I try to connect to the EX 4 I get a page saying its offline. The same page says I need to accept the certificate and I follow the instructions to do so but nothing happens.

Is there any additional troubleshooting I can do? Has anyone else seen this and resolved it?

My cursory search shows this is a common issue but I can’t find a resolution that works.
