WD EX4 Drive status: No drives

WD EX4 Drive status: No drives

I have moved house and plugged my drive back in, it has two disks inside full of data.

I have received the above message and when i try to log in through WD MY CLOUD, it is asking me to install the drives as it is a new setup. I haven’t continued with this because I worried the drives will be formatted and I will lose all the data.

Can anyone help?
