Wd ex2 ultra apps page hang up


I have a WD EX2 ULTRA for intranet use only. Internet access to the EX2 ULTRA is cut off by a router firewall setting.
Under this condition, the apps page hangs up on loading and stops responding.

Apps page requires internet connection.

I understand that.
Ideally the page should try to connect to the internet, and should report a error if unavailable. The rest of the page should be accessible.

it was irrelevant and could you share which apps are installed. How are you connecting to the NAS.

Did you try port forwarding.

Share the settings of the network cloud connection relay status.
