Hi,
I’m having endless problems with WD My Cluod drive after we changed network providers. The problems consist, but not limited to:
- My Cloud account will not recognise drive noting “device is offline”
- I cant delete My Cloud account as device is offline
- my PC does nor recognise drive after reset - 40sec and 60sec
- drive is continuously flashing white light even after waiting recommended 15mins - its now been over 20hrs
- cant access My Cloud dashboard as no option to do so online
- My Cloud account does not look anything like all the screen shots offered by WD
- My Cloud account will not let me approve additional accounts
- WA Discovery software does not discover anything
- I cant manually remove drive from account as no dashboard
- I cant log in to My Cloud desktop software as it feels my email or password is incorrect.
I will add more problems as I become aware of them.
