Hi,

I bought one HDD WD Elements 5TB (WDBWLG0050HBK) and I have some problem with him, because if him enter in sleep is don’t wake up and the HDD still spinning and I try enter on the partition I see all the folders but not the files inside. The button from back of HDD don’t work to close it or to use the Safety Remove.
Also if I plug off from adapter and put again its work.

What I can do?!

Hello,

Try to make sure the drive is plugged in directly into a wall outlet. If the issue remains then I recommend you contact WD support directly.
