When I plug my drive into my tv via usb… it doesn’t see any files… I have .avi and mp4 files on there…  Why can’t I see the files to watch them?

All TV’s that are capable of using USB drives/memory need the hard drive to be formatted on FAT32, another thing that you need to check if the maximum size hard drive recognized by your TV.
