I updated the software for it, I have downloaded WD Backup and when I try to create a backup plan - it only sees Dropbox as an option. How do I get it to see my Element for backup?
WD Backup does not support WD Elements hard drives.
Thank you…so frustrating I just spent almost 2 hours updating the device and downloading and reading - back to store now!
