I was using my external drive for my Xbox one and reformatted. Twice xbox has rejected the drive and now need help for the comp0uter to recognize it so I can reformat. Please advise

You can reformat the drive on the computer by going to disk management and re partitioning the unit. Here is a link that might help you with this process:
