WD Elements Play Defrag

Hi guys,

While copying some files from my Mac to the WD Elements, just checked it on TechTools and saw it was almos 50% fragmented.

Decided to degrag it. It took me like 12hours but now needer TV needer computers (Mac or PC) recognizes it.

Is there any solution other than formatting and reinstalling everything?

Try testing the unit with the DLG tool

Thank you for help. I tested the unit with DLG tool and it passed. So everything seems to be OK.

Meanwhile, no files shown in the disk and it says it is 400GB full… So the files are there but not visible…

What about on the tv? are the files showing on the TV or a different computer?
