hi, my drive is not showing up, not initialized, unrecognized with “a red arrow down” plus, i have tried it on different PC, USB cable,light is on constantly, it makes a repetitive sound " 5 times like zzzz…hmmm ". so please help!
Hi @lawgo, if your drive becomes unresponsive or undetected then there could be various reasons for the same. Even my drive becomes unresponsive as my cousin dropped it, but in the end I got my data back. There can be a hardware issue or some technical issue in the software due to which your drive may become unresponsive & making weird noises.
