WD Elements - mkv's, subtitles

someone help me

why it plays mkv’s without video? i made a mkv file by mkvtoolnix and it cound’nt play the video, it just have sound without video
Does someone know how to change the collor of subtitles, cuz reading white on white is imposible

Also, you cannot change the colors of the subtitles in the WD Elements Play.

The Elements Play doesn’t support Header Stripping.
