I have 5TB WD Elements bought new from Best Buy Canada. I noticed I keep losing most recent files when I’m going between computers to transfer files (5GB to 10GB just gone). On 1st computer I eject safely then when I go to second computer randomly most recent files are gone I’m lucky if it keeps a folder. I never had issue with WD My Books I have. I’ve basically lost 2 weeks of work as I only transfer once to the second computer. I even started transferring 1 file at a time still the issue. Whats going on please help.
