I have a WD Elements 2.5 SE 500Gb portable hard drive from you:
P/N: WDBCK0010BBK-01
S/N: [Deleted]
R/N: D3B DAAFCA
And some computers don’t detect it (USB2.0), only my laptop with USB3.0 detects it.
I tried to update it’s firmware using your WD Firmware Updater Utility 3.2.51, but it doesn’t update, the bar keeps going and going for hours and nothing happens.
I’ve tried windows7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, disable all antivírus and stuff.
Ran as administrator, but still no go.
Any solution?
My firmware version is 1.019 and the current is 1.025.
