My WD elements does not turn on. I’ve tried to connect drive out of box directly to pc and it turn on. The issue is sure on the interface (the card) that doesn’t turn on the hard disk.
Can i try to use another card from another wd elements to connect hard disk to pc (using usb)?

You should try and connect the drive on a different computer using different USB cable to isolate the issue.
