WD Elements 6 TB locked

I have used a WD Elements 6 TB on my laptop but when I take to my main computer the drive is locked and I can’t do anything to it; format it, copy files to it and so on.

When I plug it back into the laptop I have no problems and can format etc with no problems.

Any solutions?

Hi,

You might be using an app for auto lock the device. If you are using the third party application for drive lock and unlock, I recommend you should change the preferences.
