WD Elements 5TB not found on My computer

Hi,

I purchace yesterday a brand new WD Elements 5T external drive.
Connected to my Windows 7 PC.
It is showing in Disk management witthout a letter drive with two primary partitions, but no File system (NTFS or other)

On My computer it doesn’t appear so it is inaccessible. I can Safetley remove or eject but that is all.

I doanloaded the recomended software and it did both test and drive is fine.

Do I have to format the disk? Why It doesn’t have a letter so I can access the drive?

PS. I tried all my USB ports.

I actually formatted the whole drive and now it is working fine, somehow the drive had 2 partitions, I wonder why and if that was causing the issue.
Anyway I partition the drive into 3 partitions and all is perfect.
