Hello everyone,

I have WD media player and WD Passport. They both are working fine. Last week I bought a WD Elements 3T. When I connected it to WD media player. I got a message " The device could not connect to the net work". I tried connect it to differrent media player. It also could not read the WD Element. My computer can read it without problem. Can some one please tell me what to do. I really appreciate your help.

   You’re talking about a WD media player and a WD USB Drive, but posted in a forum that deals with neither. :wink:
