WD Elements,I have a 2 tb drive it shows up in management but not in file explorer when i try to innisialise it as it reads not innisialised it comes back with an error of the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error this happens with both of the 2 tb ones that i purchased and bot are out of warrenty but i have only used them about 15 times each any ideas would be appreciated thanks

I suggest you click on Support above and select WD Elements. Then the type you have and you will git a list of problems. Select one and you will get a list of fixes.
Also, check your USB cable on another computer or supply wall plug. And do NOT use a USB hub.
